Does the Streams page restrict invoices by Data Access?

Roles and data Access Configuration

We created 1 role for Payable Agent: AP_Payable_Agent → Data Access: Netherlands BU

1 duly role: Payables manager → Data Access to Netherlands BU and UK BU

Issue:

We are able to see all the region invoices in Streams page, Netherlands and UK BU both

Expectation is to view only Netherlands BU invoices in Streams since AP_Payable_Agent has Data Access to only Netherlands BU
