I am stuck in a Catch-22 loop with OCI Support regarding my account upgrade and need internal assistance.

[Issue Summary]
On Sep 2, I initiated a Free Tier to PAYG upgrade. The $100 authorization was successful, but a backend synchronization error cleared the payment details and kept my account in Free Tier.
