Hello Oracle Community,

We're evaluating interview scheduling processes in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and are looking to understand the available options for delegating interview-related activities.

Specifically, we'd like to know if there is any standard functionality that allows interview requests, interview coordination tasks, or interview scheduling responsibilities to be delegated from one user to another (for example, when a recruiter or interview coordinator is out of office or when workload needs to be redistributed).

Some questions we're hoping the community can help answer:

  • Can interview requests be automatically delegated to another user in ORC?
  • Is there a way to assign a backup interview coordinator who can receive and manage interview requests?
