“Number of Openings” not editable on posted job requisition

Summary:

The Number of Openings field on posted Job Requisitions is no longer editable for our recruiter users.

We believe this may be related to the recent 26C release, as recruiters were previously able to update the number of openings on requisitions without issue. Since the 26C update, the field now appears as read-only.

During testing, I found that I am able to edit the field when logged in as an administrator with elevated privileges. However, the same field remains read-only for recruiter users. This behavior leads us to believe that edit access may now be controlled by a specific security privilege, duty role, or data security policy.
