Hi All,

Please help to answer the below Payables agent Queries

  1. How are insights displayed under insights tab is it based on the invoices which we process. How does Payables Home Page Insight records display does those records display automatically based on the invoices which we process, or these are the seeded Monitoring Prompts which were already created and if those Prompts are eligible and data is showing up then it will display the Insights in the Home Page. Correct?
  2. How are Monitoring Prompts displayed is it based on the Time Frame and Frequency, Do we have option to create Custom Monitoring Prompt in 26C as we are not able to see the new custom Monitoring Prompt creation. We can only see the duplicate Monitoring Prompt creation option
