RMA orders falling into error for lines having accounting and invoicing details
Summary:
Based on Business Requirement we are defaulting the accounting and invoicing details on sales order line.
But when a Return is placed for same order or line , the system gives error "
Error: You can't specify the accounting rule or invoicing rule on a return line. Remove these values from the line.
Basically for any line have filled these values during order creating, are not returnable.
- Once defaulted, the RMA doesn't allow to update , fields are already grey out.
2. In case these values are manually selected on lines, those lines are not returnable
Can you please why we are getting error in this case?
