How can instructors mark learners as having completed in person classroom training?

Hello,

We have a number of classroom-based in-person courses that are delivered by instructors who do not have Learning Specialist-level permissions within the environment.

What method are people using to enable the instructors to mark attendees as having completed the training session satisfactorily, without relying on Learning Specialists/Admins to update the completion status?
