Impact of not enabling Redwood Learning Admin Experience in 26D in PROD

Hello everyone - We are trying to understand the impact of not enabling Redwood Learning Admin Experience in our 26D PROD env.

The attached screenshot from the document that the Oracle team posted earlier mentions "Required Adoption By" - that we are expected to enable and validate these in PROD even though they will not be auto-enabled in 26D. So does that mean if we don't auto-enable, things will continue to work in 26D in PROD as they have been in 26C? That's what it sounds like but we are hoping someone from Oracle can confirm this for us.
