Is it possible to use Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to display a message or provide guidance to employees when selecting an Organization Payment Method in Oracle Payroll?

We have a requirement where employees must select a specific Organization Payment Method based on their Legal Entity. We previously explored using the Payroll User Interface Configuration Formula; however, Oracle confirmed through our Service Request that this formula is only supported on the Classic page and is not applicable to the Redwood experience.

Given this limitation, is there a way in VBS to display an informational message, warning, or other guidance to help employees select the correct Organization Payment Method for their Legal Entity?
