Can Oracle SEHA be deployed on OCI Compute instances?

Hello,

I am planning to build a test environment with the following configuration:

- OCI Compute Instances (2 nodes)
- Windows Server 2022
- Oracle Grid Infrastructure 19c
- Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 (19c)
- Active-Passive SEHA configuration

Can Oracle Standard Edition High Availability (SEHA) be deployed on OCI Compute instances with this configuration?
