Is it possible to use the Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter with an HCM ATOM Feed trigger?

Summary:

We have a business requirement to implement an event-driven integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Whenever a record is created, updated, or deleted in Oracle HCM Cloud, an event should be generated automatically and trigger an App-Driven Integration in OIC.
We are evaluating whether this can be achieved using the Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter with HCM ATOM Feeds or Business Events. If these options are not suitable, we would like to understand the recommended approach for capturing HCM data changes in real time and initiating integrations in OIC.
Has anyone implemented a similar solution? What are the best practices, supported mechanisms, and limitations for handling HCM event notifications and triggering OIC integrations?
