Is there a way to prevent the Hiring Manager role from changing an applicants status to "Hired" in the Change Req. Specific Status? We'd like hiring managers to have access to all the other status', except the "Hired" status and this is to prevent hiring manager from changing someone's status to hired before they actually walk through our door on their first day. Ideally we'd like on the Administrator to have access to this status.
