Ability to Reorganize Individual Comp Plans that have been used to allocate element entries to workers in years past.

We need the ability to reorganize individual compensation plans to consolidate our growing list of plans over the years and control access in a more appropriate manner. The way the plans were setup originally were all separate. We would like to take the 10 - 15 separate plans and reorganize them into 4 buckets (plans) that make sense for users. One for HR, Comp, Payroll and Field. Since these individual comp plans were used to allocate element entries in the past, the system is preventing us from our doing so.
