Redraft the Offer after Employee is in Manage Job Offers

Summary:

I have an employee moved to the HR Phase sitting in Manage Job Offers. This employee's start date has been pushed out to the end of the month. Is there a way to redraft the OL while in this phase?

I found this post LINK as well as this feature from 24A - I enabled the profile option code:

ORA_IRC_OFFER_CANCEL_REDRAFT_ENABLED

Though, I am still having issues. I do not see any capability to redraft anywhere on the manage job offer page after enabling this profile code to Y and I have the correct privileges assigned.
