Where can we view job offer extended notifications sent to the candidate

When Job Offers are extended to the candidate and the candidate status is Offer, Extended they get the below notification which is active. We are unable to find the email sent to them in the candidate activity or messages tab, nor in the worklist notifications area so where can we view if and when they were sent in the system ?
