Cannot load budget by spreadsheet in Redwood interface

Hello experts,

we enabled Redwood as user interface but we cannot find the Manage Workbook task to massively upload budgets to line manager (Budget Approach: Manager-level). In classic UI it was possible.

Is it expected in Redwood as well this functionality. If not, how can we upload massively for lots of managers?
