Redwood Experience for Payroll Setup Pages

26C release: payment method preferences is moving to redwood. Seems fairly straightforward. But this field is not visible in Redwood:

Non-Redwood, 26C, profile disabled:

Redwood, 26C, profile enabled:

Why is the field (Should the above selected payment methods be excluded from the 100% validation logic?) not visible?
