Report for Filled Requisitions and Hired Candidate Details

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to see if anyone has developed an OTBI analysis using Recruiting – Recruiting Real Time that reports on filled requisitions and the candidate(s) ultimately hired against each requisition.

The desired output is essentially one row per hire, with fields such as requisition number/title, job, department, position/FTE, hiring manager/recruiter, key requisition dates, hired candidate, hire/offer information, and other relevant details.

The challenge I’m encountering is identifying the correct combination of subject-area folders and filters to return only the successful/hired candidate(s). Candidate-level fields can introduce all applicants associated with the requisition, while fields from Job Offer – Basic Information can introduce multiple offer/history records.
