Pre-screening question box & iFrame html questions

Hi Everyone!
I am trying to find the answer to two questions:
1. Is there a way to make the box larger that candidates have to type in on the prescreening questions? It shows up really small on the screen and it is tough for candidates to complete more detailed questions when you can't see what your typing and it is difficult to come back and read your answer as a candidate as well.
2. We don't use the iframe technology for our career site - it is a wrap however, I would love to get the iframe html code to put it within our internal associate self-service portal. I haven't been able to get anyone at Taleo to give me this info. Anyone know how I could go about getting this?
