California Pay Data Reporting Update
The State of California has passed Senate Bill 464 (SB 464), introducing significant changes to California Pay Data
Reporting, effective beginning 2026 reporting year (collected in 2027).

The following updates will appear in the 2026 reporting year file:
• Removal of 1 column
• Introduction of 4 new columns
