Demand Plan Runs okay for 100 locations, but fails in processing status for 1000 locations

Summary:

We are planning to go live with Replenishment Planning and the total eligible subinventories are around 1053. The requirement is to create a single demand and forecast and feed that to different replenishment plans with various policy values. We are planning to Load 1 year worth of data.

Currently, in dev5, plan running is getting failed whenever we increase the number of locations. Initially ran a plan with 100 locations, it ran. Increased it to 500, it was stuck. Then again, reducing it to 300 worked once and not the second time.

Is there really a cutoff limit based on the engine capability? We dont want to use the alternate approach of having multiple demand plans.
