Requisition cancellation notification to be triggered basis requisition DFF condition

We have a DFF called Requisition Cancellation on our requisition page and we would need to modify the 'Requisition Cancellation' notification based on the value added in the DFF. Lets say the field has 5 values

2.B

3.C

4.D

5.E

If value A & C is selected then the notification should be triggered else no notification. Can we achieve that through the alert configured in the alert composer?
