Request to remove outbound TCP port 25 restriction for OCI Free Tier

Hello Oracle OCI team,

I am using an OCI Free Tier / Always Free VM in the India West (Mumbai) region to host a self-hosted email verification application.

The application needs to make outbound SMTP connections to recipient mail servers on TCP port 25 for legitimate email verification and mailbox reachability checks.

I have confirmed from the VM that outbound TCP port 25 is blocked.

Could you please advise whether an outbound TCP port 25 exemption can be granted for my Free Tier tenancy, and what the correct process is to request it?

I am not requesting SMTP relay for sending marketing email. The port is needed only for direct SMTP verification checks.
