Redraft Job Offer - Manage Job Offers, HR States

Summary:

I have an employee whose start date has been pushed out to the end of the month. I need to update the date on the offer letter.

I enabled everything on this page/have the correct roles:

Cancel and Redraft Offers

I have been testing in lower environment. I was able to enable the redraft offer button, but I noticed it only lasts a few seconds/a short amount of time in this state: Pending Automated Processing before the Manage Job Offers page updates the state to Pending Manual Processing. Once in Pending Manual Processing, the redraft button will completely disappear.
