how to set up notification for approval hierarchy created by formula
Summary:
For workforce compensation plan we have custom hierarchy for approval, like for few it should go to PM few it should go to Business ower and same for reviewer, we are using a formula in Primary hierarchy to both derive the first approver and reviewer, However, we are not able to see standard notification triggers when the approver or reviewer finishes the task, Can anyone help to understand how to set up notification for this case.
