Territory Assignment only for Latest updates/created records

Summary:

We have territory assignment based on postal code for accounts. and 14lak account records we have and "Request Account Assignment" job is scheduled daily once.

Whenever an address import is done for the account the account update is not triggering (Address load is not triggering the account update) and territory assign on account update profile option is not working.

And the account record has to wait till the job run in the night. So we are looking for the option if we can just run the territory assignment for the account records which are created/updated today instead of wait till whole batch run on daily basis.
