Positive Discrimination

Can anyone offer any advice how we can record positive discrimination in Taleo along with it flagging to our recruiters that the record requires viewing?

We are participating in the UK Government 'Two Ticks' Scheme, this is a scheme that is positive about employing disabled people

We have made commitments to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and to consider them on their abilities and I need a way of flagging this.

I thought about using verification questions but my concern is that we would have to use the labels 'pass' and 'fail' and in order for a person with disabilities to flag within the system with our yellow triangle we would have to mark them as 'failed' which I am not comfortable with.

Howdy, Stranger!
