US Payroll: Tax Withholding Card Created via Hires/Conversion Leaves Filing Status Blank

Hi,
When 2020 W4 changes were delivered for Oracle Cloud Global Payroll for US legislation, was there any issues related to Tax Withholding Card Created automatically via Conversion of Pending workers to Employees with Filing Status as Blank. the issue is observed for few employees who were converted between Feb 2020 to April 2020, hence ant to understand if this was known issue that was fixed later

wanted to know this was fixed in subsequent maintenance pack updates, if so, can actual link to the same be shared here.
