Inconsistent Configuration Options for “Send Message to Team” Action Across Redwood VBCS Pages

We would like to understand the reason for the difference in configuration options for the “Send Message to Team” action across the Redwood VBCS Recruiting pages.

Currently, we observe the following behavior:

• On the Job Requisition and Job Requisition List pages, it is possible to hide/remove the “Send Message to Team” action through VBCS configuration.
• However, on the Job Application and Job Application List pages, there does not appear to be an option to hide or remove the same “Send Message to Team” action.
• On the Job Application page, other fields and components can be configured, including making certain fields
