Auto-Populate Employee Information from HCM When Creating an Expense Report in Header Sector

Summary:

When an employee creates an expense report in Oracle Expenses, the employee's address information is not readily visible in the expense report header. This often requires users or approvers to refer to other sources for employee location and address details.

We propose an enhancement to automatically display the employee's address from Oracle HCM in the expense report header section when a new expense report is created. The system should retrieve the employee's primary address maintained in HCM and display it in a read-only format within the expense report header.
