Can we add Previous Journey Task comments to the Alert Notification to employee

Hi Team,

As per client requirement, employee initiates Absence contextual journey to 'Return to Work' , provides the appropriate document and submit. Following this, Leave Admin reviews the document, then needs to provide his/her approval status as "Approved/Rejected" in questionnaire and add the relevant reason in comments field and complete the task.

Employee is receiving the notification with the approval status. However client wants to see the relevant comments as well in the alerts notification. Do we have any token or how do we handle this.

Any suggestions or alternate approaches would be appreciated.
