Launch Condition 'Activity Created' in Message Scenarios not working

Hi Team,

we need to set up a message scenarios to send alert via mail if in the end of the day if there are some activities still in status 'Started'.

So we've set up the message scenario with launch condition: 'Activity Created' and as block conditions we check the activity status and a custom property.

We noticed that this setup works properly in the test environment, but not in production. When I add a new activity to a resource, the message queue counter increases in test, but not in production, even though both block conditions are met.

Could you help us understand why this is happening? Are there specific parameters on the activity type or the resource that we should check?
