Is the ORA_EXM_RECEIPT_AFTER_APPROVAL opt-in still available in Oracle Fusion Expenses 26C?

Hi Oracle Experts,

We have a requirement to allow users to add attachments to approved expense reports for audit purposes. Oracle documentation references the ORA_EXM_RECEIPT_AFTER_APPROVAL opt-in; however, we are unable to locate this opt-in in our 26C environment.

Currently, Enable Attachments is configured for Both Header and Lines in Manage Expenses System Options.

Could you please confirm whether this opt-in is still available in 26C? If not, kindly advise the recommended configuration to enable adding attachments after expense report submission/approval.
