Job Requisition Security Profile that limits Recruiting Manager's access to specific legal employer?

Summary: Is it possible to create a Job Requisition Security Profile that limits Recruiting Manager's access to specific Legal Employer? My client want Recruiting Managers to only see Job Requisitions created within their own Legal Employers. Recruiting Managers should NOT see Job Requisitions created in other Legal Employers. I don't see a Secure by Legal Employer option. Am I missing something? Or is the Job Requisition Security Profile options very limited?
