Logging in as an HR user, we can search in HCM Prof AC, find a person, navigate to the Person Spotlight and view analytics cards across the top. In this example I have Visa, Salary and Performance Rating.

Still as the HR user if I click on the Salary tile, it takes me to the person's Compensation Info page which is what I would expect. This is confirmed by the person's name and position title etc.
