Dynamic Skills LOV is not appearing in Job profiles

Summary:

We have enabled dynamic skills and provided access to skill center with running the prepare skill enrichment job and also enabling the AI suggested profile option along with running Synchronization Talent data for AI suggestion.
Still when trying to add Skills in job profile, not able to select any value from the drop down nor the AI suggested skills are coming up.
