Inclusive Tax is not displayed consistently in Redwood PO and Requisition pages

Summary:

We observed that the Inclusive Tax amount is available only in the Redwood Purchase Order Total drill-down:

Purchase Order page > Total > Ordered > Inclusive Tax

However, the Inclusive Tax amount is not displayed in other relevant Redwood Procurement pages, including:

• Purchase Order header and line-level details
• Purchase Order total summary
• Requisition header and line-level details
• Requisition total summary

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create or open a Purchase Order that includes an inclusive/nonrecoverable tax.
• On the Redwood Purchase Order page, click Total.
• Click Ordered.
• Observe that the Inclusive Tax amount is available in the drill-down panel.
