Multiple choice question selected option not evident on External Career Site

Hi,

we have configured multiple choice questions to be used on the External Career Site and we have chosen a list of option buttons as the display. Our client has brought up an issue regarding accessibility: since the difference between the selected choice and the other ones is not that visually strong, candidates have a hard time verifying what is the value that they selected.

We wanted to know whether it's possible to change the configuration of those components. We would prefer to avoid using custom CSS because we don't want to risk compromising the native accessibility of the product.
