AI not working for even simplest of use cases

So I have enabled generative AI for an environment , but I am not get any output for even the simplest of use cases. The 'Ask Oracle' feature which is also supposed to provide additional insight into reports is also not working, again when I follow specific examples which should provide meaningful content, is there any config which is necessary beyond enabling generative AI?
