unable to search for combination charge account for new line added during CO initiated by requester

Summary:

As per Create Purchase Order Changes as a Requester Using an Enhanced Redwood Change Order Page, when I try to add a line, I am unable to search for a combination to populate the charge account. The search for combination page opens for a fraction of a second and goes away. Is this a bug?
