How can we give a collaborator role to view only resume and add comments?

Summary:

Collaborator when added t o a requisition should only be able to view the resumes and add comments. And once the requisition is closed, they should lose access to the requisition. How can we achieve this?

What privileges should I add to a role so that the collaborator is only able to view resumes and add comments.
