Washington Garnishments - Order to Withhold and Deliver

Hi all,

I'm looking for guidance on how other organizations are managing Washington State Orders to Withhold and Deliver (OWD) in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Our understanding is that Oracle does not currently process Washington tax levies through the standard Tax Levy functionality and I'm not fully convinced these should be considered a Tax Levy because they aren't related to underpayment of state taxes. I'm curious about how others have addressed this.

  1. Are you configuring these using another garnishment or involuntary deduction type?
  2. Are you using a custom solution or manual process?
  3. How are you handling the withholding rules and remittance?
