We are migrating to a new recruiting system by November (hopefully), and we want to make sure we back up all of our data before the transition. Below is the amount of data currently in our environment:

• Size of Database Files: 15,385 MB
• Size of Data Files: 74,629 MB
• Total Space Used: 90,014 MB

I’ve reviewed the backup instructions and documentation on how the files are named. However, I’m wondering if there's an easier or more efficient way to pull
