Unable to retrieve the Acknowledgement and process the payment

Summary: We have processed the payment through PPR: SSC Pay Cycle 2026-08-14 3, and the payment process is currently in "Completed and Pending Acknowledgment" status.


 As per our configuration, the "Retrieve Disbursement Acknowledgments" job was triggered automatically after 60 minutes. However, the process did not retrieve the ACK file.


 To further investigate, we manually submitted the "Retrieve Disbursement Acknowledgments" job , but the ACK file was still not retrieved.

We have required configuration in place

NOTE: We have already created the Oracle SR for over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups from our side, we have not received any solution yet from Oracle.
