Retro Event is not working for change of Employment start date
Summary:
There is scenario, where employee is hired suppose 15-jan and payroll is run for this employee. Now, HR realise, he has joined the organization on 01-Jan but his entry was made on 15-Jan. HR changes the Employment start date from 15-Jan to 01-Jan.
Now the issue is, Event Action Notification is getting generated, but no Event Notification info is there.
