Seeking official confirmation on whether Pay As You Go (PAYG) tenancies still retain the 4 OCPUs / 24 GB RAM Always Free allowance for VM.Standard.A1.Flex, or if running 4 OCPUs / 24 GB 24/7 incurs billing charges for the additional 2 OCPUs / 12 GB under the new 1,500 OCPU-hour limit.

My tenancy is upgraded to Pay As You Go (PAYG) in the Singapore West (ap-singapore-2) region.

Recently, we noticed the console banner:
"Always Free Ampere A1 Compute entitlements have changed. This update does not affect your paid resources, existing paid workloads or bill. Contact support for further questions."
