Action Code Error (PER-1530231) in Additional Assignment Info screen

Hello Experts,

We are encountering the action code error on the screen additional assignment info.

Since this screen does not allow the selection of Action/action reason nor job id field, this is an unusual error.

Anyone knows what triggers this/ how to fix?
