Process Electronic Bank Statements (BAI2) taking over an hour and failing.

Hi Team,

We are experiencing a severe performance degradation with our automated bank statement processing in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. A 7-line BAI2 statement file that normally processes in less than 10 seconds is suddenly taking 1 hour and 7 minutes to complete, eventually terminating with a Java error.Comparing our fast log against the slow log, we isolated the issue to when the process attempts automatic receipt creation from the statement.
