Taleo OnBoard Implementation

Does anyone have best practice advice for implementing Taleo OnBoard across an organization with multiple fxnl groups with their hands in the OnBoarding Process (i.e. Information Technology, Building and Facilities Management, etc...)?  We are dealing with more than 5 fxnl groups over different geographics regions spannign 2 countries.
