SSHMessageException – Error in Decrypting Message / Read Timed Out

Hi,

We are configuring an SFTP transmission configuration in Oracle Fusion Payments to retrieve payment acknowledgment/response files from the bank SFTP server.

During our testing, we have encountered the following errors:

Error 1:

SSHMessageException: Error in decrypting message in transmission configuration

Error 2:

The payment system isn't responding. Verify system setup or resubmit the request later. oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPGetFunction::oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Exception in reading data Read timed out

The bank has confirmed that the SFTP server is available and that the setup appears to be working from their side.

Could you please advise what may be the possible reasons for these errors?
